At Operation Pawpulation, our mission is to increase access to care by providing low-cost spay and neuter services for dogs and cats in our community. We strive to reduce pet overpopulation and alleviate the overcapacity crisis in Utah shelters and rescues. By improving pets' health and behavior, we aim to ensure they remain beloved family members.

Operation Pawpulation is committed to addressing pet overpopulation, a growing issue intensified by limited access to affordable spay and neuter services. Rising costs have made these essential surgeries inaccessible for many, leading to more unwanted litters and shelter overcrowding. Our goal is to provide affordable care, helping to keep pets healthy, reduce shelter strain, and build a more compassionate community for pets and families.​

Operation Pawpulation actively engages in community and media outreach to educate pet owners about the benefits of spaying and neutering:

  • Supplemental Food and Supplies for pet owners facing financial difficulties

Spay It Forward Program

While our prices are designed to be affordable, we welcome donations through our Spay It Forward program. Your contributions support free spay/neuter services for pet owners who cannot afford even the low-cost fees.
